Volz, Jr., to the circuit bench.Applicants must have been members of the Bar in good standing for the preceding five years, registered voters, and residents of the territorial jurisdiction of the court at the time they assume office.Applications may be downloaded from the Bar’s Web site at www.floridabar.org or are available from the office of William D.
